ChasingFoil keeps cookies to a minimum. Here is the complete list of what we set and why.

Essential cookies (always on)

When you sign in, our authentication provider sets session cookies that keep you logged in and keep your binders and alerts private to you. The site cannot function as a signed-in experience without them. They contain a session token — not your password — and expire or refresh automatically.

Analytics cookies

We use a third-party analytics service to understand, in aggregate, which pages get used so we can improve the product. These cookies do not give us your identity, and we don’t connect analytics data to your account. You can block them with your browser’s cookie controls — the site works fine without them.

Third-party sites

Some buttons link to outside marketplaces (TCGplayer, eBay) through affiliate links — we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases, at no cost to you. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies once you’re there; we don’t control them. Likewise, our payment flow happens on Stripe’s checkout, which uses its own cookies for fraud prevention and processing.

What we don’t do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No selling or sharing of cookie data.
• No fingerprinting.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out; blocking analytics changes nothing about how the site works for you. Questions: hello@chasingfoil.com.
